Agis L L C is located in New Mumbai. To be exact, we are at Flat No D 301 in Hari Mandir, Plot No 79 80, Sector 10, New Panvel. The pin code is 410206. It is a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than a sterile workplace. Being in New Panvel means we are a bit away from the main hustle of Mumbai, which is actually quite nice. It is quieter here most of the time. The office is inside an apartment, so we have a kitchen and a proper bathroom. We have a few desks set up in what used to be the main living area. Hari Mandir is a decent building. We know the neighbors on the third floor and they are friendly. We have been operating out of here for some time now. It is a practical setup for us. We do not need a big storefront or a lobby. Most of our work is done on computers anyway. Sometimes the kids are playing in the hallway outside and you can hear them, but it is not a big deal. We have some shelves for our files and a big table where we have meetings if someone comes over to talk. Usually, it is just the few of us here. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake during the slow afternoons. It is a steady routine. We get the mail delivered right to the door. It is just how we run things at Agis L L C. It works for us.
