We are located over in Borivali West, specifically in IC Colony. It is a nice area and we have been operating out of this spot for a good while. The office isn't anything fancy to look at. We just have our desks and computers set up in a way that works for the team. Being in a mostly residential neighborhood like this is actually quite pleasant. You don't get the same kind of stress you might find in a big business park. We handle our day-to-day tasks here and try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with paperwork and old files but we clear it out when we can. We have a small group of people working here. Most of us live fairly close by which makes the commute easier. We don't really do big marketing pushes or anything like that. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they know someone who works here. We spend a lot of our time on the phones or handling digital requests. There are plenty of good spots nearby to get a quick tea or some snacks. It’s a comfortable routine for the most part. We don’t have a big corporate culture or anything. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It’s a straightforward way to run things and it has worked for us so far in this part of Mumbai.
