Agency Fingertips Solution Relicance Communication Dakc is based in Mumbai. We are specifically located in Flat No 705 of the Omkara Society. Being in a residential building means it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We deal with communication stuff, mostly related to Reliance and the DAKC side of things. Mumbai is a fast place, and being in a society like Omkara means there are always people coming and going. The lift in the building is sometimes slow or out of order, so we get a lot of exercise walking up when we are in a hurry. Our flat is filled with equipment and cables, and there is usually at least two or three of us working at any given time. It gets a bit cramped, but we make it work. We have got a view of the other buildings from the window, though it is mostly just more concrete and laundry hanging out. We do not really have a big reception area or anything. You just knock on the door and walk in. It is a very practical way to run things. Most of our work is done on the phones or computers anyway. We are not some massive agency with a hundred employees. We are just a small group working out of a flat in Mumbai, trying to stay on top of all the requests that come in through the day. It gets noisy with the city sounds, but we are used to it.
