Aftc India is located over at 14-A, Alaknanda, in Sector 14 of Vashi. Vashi is a well-planned area, and Sector 14 is pretty easy to navigate compared to some other parts of Navi Mumbai. We operate out of this space, and it’s where we handle all our business matters. We don't have a huge team, so everyone usually ends up doing a little bit of everything. It’s not one of those places where people just sit at desks all day. We are often moving around, dealing with whatever comes up. The building, Alaknanda, is a familiar spot for people in this neighborhood. We’ve been here for a while and have a decent routine going. We don't really do much in the way of marketing or trying to show off. We just focus on the work we have in front of us. Some days are quieter than others, which gives us time to catch up on the filing and cleaning. When it gets busy, though, it can be a bit chaotic. We just try to keep things moving along. It’s a very grounded kind of workplace. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to be fair with everyone we deal with. It’s a pretty normal way to run a business in Vashi. We just try to stay steady and get the job done.
