We go by the name Afl, and we do not really have a traditional storefront you can walk into. Most of our communication happens through the internet, using the email addresses devilal ranwan at sify com or the one at yahoo com. It is a bit of an old-school way of doing things, but it has worked for us so far. We handle various tasks and projects that come our way through these contacts. We are not based in a big office building with a sign out front. Instead, we work from wherever we can get a good connection. This means our overhead is low and we can just focus on the actual work. We do not have a staff of dozens or a human resources department. It is just us answering emails and making sure our clients are happy with what we provide. Sometimes the emails pile up and it takes a day or two to get back to everyone, but we eventually do. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like the flexibility of working this way. It is a bit unconventional compared to a brick-and-mortar shop, but in today’s world, it works out. We do not have any fancy marketing materials or a polished website. If you need to reach us, you just send a message to one of those accounts and we take it from there. It is a very direct and simple way to run a business. We just keep things moving one message at a time.
