We are Afelion Solutions India Private Limited, and you can find us over in the Amber building, which is part of the Powai Vihar Complex in Mumbai. It is a busy area, as most people know, and being on the 6th floor gives us a bit of a break from the noise on the street. Our setup is pretty simple. We have some desks, a lot of cables, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. Working in Powai is interesting because there is always something happening outside, but inside we are usually just focused on our computers. We started this because we knew a thing or two about technology and figured we could help people out with their digital problems. It is not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others, especially when a project gets complicated or a deadline is looming. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything, just a small kitchen where we heat up our lunch boxes. The 400076 zip code area is pretty crowded, but we’ve gotten used to the hustle. Sometimes it feels like we are just another small office in a city full of them, but we take our work seriously enough. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or office parties. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and then head home through the heavy Mumbai traffic.
