Aeon Genesis

Our office for Aeon Genesis is located on 31st Road in Bandra West, which is a part of town that never really seems to sleep. There is always the sound of an auto-rickshaw or someone shouting down the street. We occupy a small space here, and it’s usually packed with gadgets and cords running across the floor. It is not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some notes we’ve taped up so we don’t forget what needs to be done. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks, staring at screens and trying to figure out various projects. Sometimes we step out to one of the local stalls for a quick snack or a tea when we need a break from the monitors. The commute can be a bit of a nightmare during rush hour, so most of us try to arrive early or stay late to avoid the worst of it. It’s a tight-knit group of people working here, and we don’t really bother with formalities. We just show up, do the work, and deal with whatever problems come up that day. The building is a bit cramped, but it’s in a good spot for catching the breeze from the coast if the windows are open. It’s just how things are for us on 31st Road.
