We are based at 220 5882 in the IDBI Staff Quarters area of Pant Nagar East, Mumbai. It’s a bit of a different feel compared to the big commercial districts in the city. Since we are near the staff quarters, there’s a more residential vibe to the whole place. Our office for Aegon Religare Insurance Co Ltd is a simple setup. We don't have those massive glass windows or a fancy coffee machine. It’s just a place with plenty of desks and people working through their files. Living and working in Mumbai means you are always prepared for the rain and the humidity. We have our routines here, starting early to beat some of the heat. The office is a bit crowded with all the paperwork we have to keep track of, but we manage to stay organized in our own way.
