Ads Controls

Ads Controls is tucked away in Shop No. 2 on the ground floor of the Nav- Indraprastha Apartments. It's in Salvi Wadi, right by the Mithagar Cross Road in Mulund East. The shop isn't very large at all, but we make the most of every inch of space we have. We spend our days working on control panels and various electrical components for different jobs. It can get a bit technical sometimes, but we don't make a big deal out of it. There are cardboard boxes stacked up in all the corners, mostly filled with parts that we use frequently. We’ve been in this part of Mulund for a good while now. The morning commute is easy since most of us live just a few streets away. We open up the metal shutters around nine and stay until the evening rush starts on the main road. You can often hear the sound of the trains passing on the tracks not too far away. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of people constantly moving around. We don't have a marketing team or any fancy brochures. It's just us, working on our benches with our tools. Sometimes we have to move things around just to find a place to sit and have a cup of tea. The customers who come in are usually regulars from the nearby buildings. We talk about the weather while we work. It’s a steady, simple life.
