Param Konark

Our registered office for Param Konark is in Koteshwar Palace on Jiva Mahaale Marg. We are right opposite Bahar Cinema in Andheri East, which is a very well-known landmark if you are from this part of Mumbai. The area is always buzzing with people and cars, especially when a movie is letting out. Koteshwar Palace is an older building with a lot of character. Our office inside is usually a hive of activity with people coming in and out all day. We deal with a lot of documents and phone calls, and the desk space is always at a premium. It is loud outside, but we have gotten used to the sound of the city. We have been here for quite some time, so we know all the local shopkeepers and the best places to grab a quick snack. The office is not particularly modern; it has that lived-in feel with old files and sturdy wooden furniture. We do not put on any airs or graces here. It is just a place where work gets done in the middle of a very busy suburb. Most of the staff takes the train, so there is always a rush to get out before the peak hour hits. There is a small balcony where some of us stand to get some air, though the view is mostly just traffic and billboards. It is a typical Andheri workspace—crowded, busy, and always moving along.
