We are located on the second floor of the Mangal Murti Complex, units 201 and 202. The building is 10G in that complex. It’s right on the Mankhurd-Ghatkopar Link Road in Mankhurd West. This area is usually very busy with vehicles going back and forth between the two suburbs. Guardian Facilities Management has been based here for a while. We handle the day-to-day stuff that keeps buildings and offices running smoothly. It’s not the most glamorous work, but it’s necessary. Our office is functional, with desks and a lot of paperwork. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites checking on things. Managing facilities means you never really know what the day will bring. One day it’s a plumbing issue, the next it’s a security concern. We just deal with it. The complex can get quite crowded, especially near the entrance. Parking is sometimes a bit of a challenge for visitors. We try to stay on top of things, though it can get hectic. It’s just a small team here making sure everything stays in order. We’ve been in this office for a while now. The staff knows the area well. It’s a practical location for us to reach different parts of the city quickly. We don't have a fancy reception area. People just come in and tell us what they need help with. We keep it moving and just focus on the daily tasks.
