Adlabs Films

We’re Adlabs Films, located over in Andheri East. Our office is actually inside Flat 703, which is part of the L1 building in Poonam Pragati. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy Poonam Nagar can get. It’s a lively area, and being in a residential building makes the work feel a bit more grounded. We aren't some distant studio; we're right here in the middle of the neighborhood. The flat is set up with what we need to get through the day. There’s a lot of coming and going since we’re in the film business. People are always dropping off tapes or coming by to discuss schedules. It can get a bit noisy when the city outside is in full swing, but we’re used to it. We’ve been at this location for a while now. The space is a bit tight with all the equipment and desks, but it works. We don’t really go for that polished corporate look. It’s a place where work actually happens. We drink a lot of tea and spend a lot of time on the phone. That’s just the nature of the job. Being in Andheri makes it easy for people to find us, even if navigating the building can be a bit confusing the first time you visit. We keep the lights on late most nights because there is always something left to finish. It’s a busy life but we wouldn't have it any other way. It's just our everyday reality here.
