I've been based here at Flat 501 in Pinheiro Apartments for a while now. Bandra West is a busy place, but this spot stays mostly quiet enough to get things done. It’s not a big corporate office with a lobby or anything, just a regular space where I handle my daily work and take calls. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially in the evenings, but you get used to it living in this part of Mumbai. People usually find it hard to park around here, so I tell them to just call me first. It’s just me and a small setup. I started this because I wanted something of my own, and being in a residential building makes it feel more grounded. Most days are just spent at the desk, looking at the trees outside the window while I sort through files. It’s simple. Nothing fancy. I handle whatever comes in, one thing at a time. The apartment is old-school, which I like. It has character. I don't really do the whole big marketing thing. Most folks who know about Aditya Raj just find me through word of mouth or they’ve been around the neighborhood long enough to know where I am. I try to keep things moving along without making it too complicated for anyone. That’s how I like to run things here. It's just a normal day-to-day operation. It might not look like much, but it gets the job done and keeps me busy.
