We are based here in Mumbai, right in the middle of all the noise and moving parts of the city. Being part of the Aditya Birla Group means there is always something going on around the office. Most of us have been working here for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace that Maharashtra life throws at you. It is not always easy with the rain and the crowds, but the team at Aditya Birla Minacs keeps things moving. We don't really do much fancy stuff; we just come in, handle the work that needs doing, and try to get home before the traffic gets really bad. Sometimes the elevators are slow, and the tea guy is late, but that is just how it goes in a big city like this. People think Mumbai is just about the big buildings, but for us, it is just about this office and getting through the day. We have a few desks, some computers that act up sometimes, and a lot of paperwork. You won't find any shiny brochures here. We just know our way around the work and the streets. It is a bit loud outside most of the time because of the cars, but inside we just focus on the tasks. It feels like a second home to many of us because we spend so many hours here. That is pretty much who we are and what we do.
