Aditya Benibangde

My office is in Goregaon East, inside the Vakratunda Corporate Park. I am in Office No 409. The building is just off Vishweshwar Nagar Road. If you are looking for it, it is near the Udipi Vihar Restaurants, which is where I usually grab my lunch. I am Aditya Benibangde, and I run this small practice. Even though it is in a place called a Corporate Park, the vibe inside my office is actually pretty relaxed. I do not go for the suit-and-tie look. Most of the time, I am in my shirt sleeves dealing with blueprints or CAD files. Goregaon is a massive hub now, so there is no shortage of work, but it also means things can get quite hectic. I spend hours talking to clients about their vision and then even more hours trying to make that vision fit into their budget. It is a lot of sketching and then revising those sketches over and over. I have a couple of people helping me out, and we just try to keep things moving. We do interiors and some structural work too. The view from the office window is just more buildings, which reminds me of all the work that still needs to be done. We do not have a big marketing budget or a polished presentation to show off. We just show people what we have done before and go from there. It is a straightforward way to run a business in Mumbai and keep things honest.
