Our office is Room Number 4 in the Mobhat Shakar Sadan Chawl. We are located in Jamil Nagar, right off Samarth Nagar Road in Bhandup West, Mumbai. Adfc Pvt Ltd is a subsidiary company of Hdfc Bank Ltd, and this is where we do our daily work. The chawl is a busy place, and there’s always people moving around outside. It’s not the kind of office you’d find in a tall skyscraper. Instead, it’s a small, practical room where we keep our records and handle our business. We’ve been based here in Bhandup for quite a while. The area has its own charm, even if it’s a bit crowded and noisy at times. Inside the room, we have our desks and computers set up. It’s a very basic environment, but it serves its purpose well. We don't spend money on fancy furniture or decorations. We'd rather just focus on the tasks we have to complete. Most of the people we work with are from around the neighborhood or are sent over by the bank. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have a small fan running. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated procedures. We just talk to people like normal and try to help them out with whatever they need. It’s a honest day’s work in a part of Mumbai that feels like home to us. We’re just regular folks doing our jobs in a simple room.
