Adecco Peopleone India Ltd has an office in the Andheri West area of Mumbai. We are located in the C Wing of Mahesh Appt, specifically in unit 204. This is near Gilbert Hill and Sai Sahwas CHS. It is a very typical Mumbai apartment-style office. The area is always crowded and finding parking is almost impossible, so most people just walk or take an auto. Inside, we have desks crammed together because space is tight, which is how it usually is in this city. We do staffing work, so there are always people coming in and out. It can get a bit noisy with all the talking and the fans humming. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture, just the basics to get the job done. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy with hiring to worry about that right now. We drink a lot of cutting chai from the stall downstairs during our breaks. It is a real, hardworking environment where we focus on the task at hand. We see all kinds of people every day, and we just try to help them find work in a straightforward way. There is no corporate polish here, just a bunch of us doing our best in a busy Andheri building. We stay late most evenings finishing up the paperwork for the day to be ready for tomorrow. It is just the way things work in Mumbai.
