Our spot for Adecco India Pvt Ltd is over in Goregaon West. We are based in Bhanumati Society, which is part of Bangur Nagar. If you know Mumbai, you know this area is always crowded and moving fast. Our office is in the M 6 10 section of the society. It is a bit tucked away, so it stays a little quieter than the main road, but you can still hear the city noise all day long. We deal with staffing and job placements mostly. Inside, it is just regular desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of papers scattered around. We drink a lot of chai to keep going through the afternoon slump. People come in from all over the suburbs to drop off their resumes or ask for advice on where to apply. It is not a glossy corporate headquarters, just a local office where we do the grind. The stairs are a bit narrow and sometimes the power fluctuates, which is typical for these older buildings in Bangur Nagar. We focus on the work at hand and try to match people with whatever roles are open. It is a simple setup. We are just a few folks working hard in a small corner of Goregaon. It gets busy on Mondays especially. We just keep things moving as best as we can, even when the phone won't stop ringing or the printer jams up. It is just another day at the office for us as we try to get through the work.
