We are over here in the Ijmima Compound on the 4th floor. It is in Malad West. Getting up to office 437 isn't too bad once you know where the elevators are located. We spend a lot of time looking out at the Link Road traffic from up here. The office is busy most days. We do pharma work, mostly paperwork and logistics stuff. It gets noisy in the compound because there are so many other businesses around us. We have been here for a while now. Some of the staff live nearby, while others have a long commute. We keep things pretty simple. There isn't much fancy stuff in the office, just desks and computers and plenty of tea. It feels like a regular place to work. Sometimes the rain makes the Link Road a total mess, but we manage. We handle the daily tasks as they come. It’s a lot of coordination with suppliers and making sure things get sent out on time. We don’t really do big meetings or anything, just quick chats by the desk. Sometimes it feels like we are just one small part of the big city, but we do our bit. It is a practical space for what we need to get done. Not much else to say about it, really. Just a bunch of people working in Malad. We take our lunch breaks together when we can. It is a decent place to spend the day.
