Acecad Software

Our office is number 305 in Building 5, over in Sector 3 of the Millennium Business Park in Mahape. It’s a big complex with a lot of different companies, so it can be easy to get lost if you don’t know which building is which. We work on software here, mostly related to CAD and technical stuff. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and typing away for hours at a time. The office is pretty much what you’d expect from a software place—lots of monitors, cables everywhere, and a coffee machine that gets a lot of use. We aren't some giant tech firm; we’re just a group of people trying to make software that actually works for the folks who use it. Mahape is a busy hub, so there are always people moving around the park. We usually go out to one of the local canteens for lunch to get some fresh air. The work can be frustrating when there’s a bug we can't find, but it's satisfying when things finally click. We don't have a dress code, so most of us just show up in whatever is comfortable. We aren't trying to be trendy or cool. We just want to get the code written and the updates out. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, but we try to keep a normal schedule. It’s just a regular job in a regular office park for us.
