Ace Zoom Pvt Ltd is based in the Kohinoor Industrial Estate, right off the Western Express Highway in Goregaon East. It’s a very busy part of Mumbai. You can hear the traffic from the highway all day long, a constant hum of cars and trucks. The industrial estate is full of all kinds of businesses, from small workshops to bigger offices like ours. We have a functional space that is mostly dedicated to our daily operations. It’s not a place with shiny glass walls or expensive art. We have sturdy desks, good computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming in and out. Getting here can be a pain during peak hours because of the Goregaon traffic, but it’s a central location for us. We have a small area where we eat lunch and maybe have a quick chat before getting back to the screens. The air conditioning is the most important thing in the office, especially in the summer. We don’t spend much time on fancy presentations. We mostly just focus on our tasks and making sure everything is running smoothly. It’s a no-nonsense environment. We’ve been here for a while and know the security guards and the guys at the tea stall by name. It is just a normal place where we come to do our jobs every day.
