We've been at Vishal Residency for a while now. Mostly we are fixing phones and line issues for people. It gets pretty busy here on Mira Bhaiyandar Road. It is a regular office and nothing special to look at. We just do the work and then we go home. People around here know us as the ones always on calls or testing out new headsets. Sometimes the internet acts up but we manage to get through it. It is honest work. We have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We started small and stayed that way, which is fine by us. Mostly we are just helping businesses keep their phones working so they can talk to their customers. It is nothing flashy, just day-to-day service. We keep a pot of tea going most of the afternoon. If you drop by, you might find us buried in manuals or checking line signals.
