Our office is a practical space where we deal with all sorts of power-related issues. It’s mostly about backup systems and making sure things stay running when the grid doesn’t want to cooperate. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting sites to see what’s going wrong. It’s not the kind of job where you stay clean all day, but we don't mind that. The building, Sutari House, has been around for a while and it feels like home to us now. We have a small group of people who know their stuff, and we try to keep things straightforward. No one here is wearing a three-piece suit. We’re usually in work clothes, ready to look at a battery or a circuit board.
