Accounts Assistant

Most of my work happens through my email at yahoocom, which is where I get most of my files from the people I help. I’m an accounts assistant and I spend a lot of time staring at a screen until my eyes get a bit tired. My name is Yogesh and I handle the smaller details that the big accountants don't always have time for. I don't really have a storefront where people walk in off the street. It’s more of a home office setup where I keep my laptop and a printer that sometimes jams at the worst moments. I’ve been doing this for a while and I’ve gotten pretty fast at data entry and sorting out receipts. It’s not the most exciting job in the world, but I like the organization of it all. I make sure every receipt is logged and every payment is recorded correctly in the system. Sometimes I get emails late at night and I try to sort them out by the next morning if I'm not too tired. It’s just me working here, so I don’t have meetings or office parties to go to. I listen to the radio or some music while I process the invoices. It helps the time go by faster when I have hundreds of lines to check. People usually find me through my email address. I’m not a big firm with a fancy logo or anything. I just help out with the books so things stay balanced and the records are clean. It's a living and it keeps me out of trouble.
