Access Infotech

Our office is situated in Ghatkopar West, right near the Shreyas Cinema, which is a landmark most people know. We are in D/201, and it’s a pretty typical tech workspace. We deal with all sorts of computer stuff and IT issues. There’s usually a few monitors glowing and cables running across the floor in some spots. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. Being opposite the cinema means there’s always a crowd outside, especially in the evenings. We’ve also got a connection to the Opera House area for some of our head office work, so we’re back and forth a bit. In Ghatkopar, we mostly handle the local clients who walk in with laptop problems or software questions. It’s a lot of sitting and typing, or sometimes taking apart a tower to see what’s wrong inside. We don’t have a receptionist; you just come in and one of us will look up from a screen. We like it that way because it’s informal and direct. The building is older, so the hallways are a bit narrow, but once you’re inside, it’s just a regular office. We keep the tea kettle going and just work through the tasks for the day. It’s a decent way to spend the day, solving puzzles and helping people get their tech back in order.
