You can find us at Bina Apartments in Andheri East, right on Sir MV Road. We are in A 62. Being in Andheri means we are right in the middle of everything, which is both good and bad. The traffic on Sir MV Road is almost always a nightmare, so we try to time our arrivals to avoid the worst of it. The apartment itself is a bit older, with those heavy doors and tiled floors you see in a lot of Mumbai buildings. We’ve turned the main room into our workspace. It’s not like those offices you see in movies with glass walls and views of the skyline. We mostly look out at other buildings and the tops of trees. Our work involves a lot of thinking and planning for other companies. It can get pretty quiet in here when everyone is focused, except for the sound of the ceiling fans. We keep a stash of biscuits and tea bags in the small kitchen area for when we’re working late. It’s a very basic setup. There’s no fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. If you knock on the door, one of us will just get up and let you in. It’s a very local, human way of doing business, and we think it keeps us more connected to the reality of the work we do every day.
