Acastus Solutions Llp is situated in Hiranandani Estate over in Thane West. Specifically, we are in B-702 of Hillgrance CHS, which is right behind the ICICI Bank. It’s a nice enough area to work in, though it gets crowded like most parts of Thane. We are an LLP, which means we’re a small group of partners just trying to make a go of it. Our office is essentially a workspace where we tackle various problems for our clients. We aren't a big corporation with a fancy lobby. We’re just a few people in an apartment-style office space. We spend a lot of time on calls and on our laptops. Sometimes we have meetings in the small room we’ve set aside for it, but mostly we’re just at our desks. Being near the bank makes it easy for errands. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just figured there was a need for the kind of solutions we provide, so we started this company. It’s been a learning process, and we’ve had our fair share of ups and downs. Some days we're ahead of schedule, other days we're playing catch up. It’s just how it is when you’re running a small outfit. We like the independence of it. We do our best to stay organized and keep the work flowing smoothly without a lot of fuss. It isn't always easy, but we've got a good routine down now and we plan to keep at it for as long as we can. Being our own bosses is worth the extra effort most of the time.
