We run Absotherm Services Pvt Ltd right out of Krishna Koyna Apartments in Lokmanya Nagar. We are up in A 302. It's a residential area in Thane, so it’s pretty quiet most of the time compared to the main roads. Using an apartment as an office means we don't have a big storefront, but it works for what we do. We handle a lot of service coordination and administrative stuff from here. Dawale Nagar is a nice spot, and being based here makes it easy to get around Thane for our site visits. We have a few desks set up and plenty of tea throughout the day. It’s not a fancy setup, just a functional space where we get the paperwork finished and take calls from customers. Often, our technicians are out in the field, so the office is mainly for the core team to keep things organized. We've been in this building for some time now, and the neighbors are used to us coming and going. Sometimes the lift is slow, which can be annoying when we’re in a rush, but that is just how it is. We prefer this kind of local feel over a big industrial park. It keeps us grounded and connected to the local area. We just focus on the daily grind, making sure the schedules are set and the jobs are handled properly without any unnecessary fuss. It keeps us busy and the bills paid.
