Abnl

We are Abnl, located right at 38 B Jain Building, which is inside the Seth Gmjain Hostel area. It is just opposite the railway station on Elphinestone Road here in Mumbai. If you know this part of the city, you know how busy it gets. The trains are constantly running and the noise of the platform is always there in the background. Our office isn't anything fancy. It is a practical space where we sit and handle our daily business. We have been here for a while now. The building is old and has that specific Mumbai character to it. Sometimes the lift works and sometimes we just take the stairs. It is quite a climb but it keeps us moving. We spend most of our day dealing with paperwork and talking to people who drop by. The desks are a bit cluttered with files and old notebooks. We don't have a big team, just a few of us trying to keep things running. Mumbai 13 is a crowded place but we managed to find our corner. Every morning we open up the shutters and start the computer. The tea stall nearby is where we get our morning fix. It is just a regular life here. We don't try to be something we are not. We just do the work that needs doing and head home when the sun goes down. It gets hot in the afternoons but the ceiling fan does its job. That is pretty much us.
