We are based in Flat No 2 on the first floor of the Cosmo Apartment. This is on Plot No 10 12, along Road No 12 in Sector 1 of New Panvel. Being on the first floor is nice because we don't have to wait for the lift most of the time. The apartment has been converted into our workspace, so it has a bit of a homey feel despite all the tech gear lying around. We spend our hours managing software and helping out with technical questions. New Panvel is a growing area, and Sector 1 is pretty easy to navigate once you know your way around Road No 12. We have a few desks set up and some shelves for our reference books and manuals. It isn't a silent office; there is usually some chatter or someone on a call explaining how a program works. We don't bother with fancy uniforms or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just expect everyone to do their bit. Sometimes we work late when there is a deadline, and the quiet of the building at night is actually quite peaceful. We’ve got a good group of people here who have been with us through various projects. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just work hard at Cosmo Apartment and try to keep our clients' systems running as they should without any unnecessary delays.
