Abhilash Ravindran

I set up my place in New Panvel, specifically at Neelkanth Darshan. It is Flat No. 201 on Plot 11 and 12 in Sector 7. Khanda Colony is a pretty decent area, and I like being based here. My name is Abhilash Ravindran and I have been working out of this apartment for some time now. It is a mix of a home and a workspace, which works out well for me. Navi Mumbai has its own rhythm, and Sector 7 is tucked away just enough to be quiet but still accessible. I don’t have any fancy receptionists or big corporate boards on the wall. It is just me and my setup. I usually have the windows open to let in a bit of a breeze while I work. Sometimes the neighbors are a bit loud or there is some maintenance going on in the building, but that is part of living and working in a society. I handle all the small details myself because I like knowing exactly what is going on. People usually find me through friends or neighbors who know what I do. It is a very direct way of working. I don’t like complicated processes or lot of jargon. I just try to be helpful and get the job done without making a big fuss. Living and working in Panvel is good because everything you need is just a short walk or a rickshaw ride away. It is just home.
