Aatmann

Aatmann is based in Uttara, and it’s a place that feels very connected to the local rhythm. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right here where people live and work. The atmosphere in Uttara is always changing, but we’ve stayed pretty much the same over the years. Our workspace is a reflection of that. It’s filled with things we’ve gathered over time—old desks, a few plants that probably need more water, and stacks of work that keep us busy from morning till night. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. If the weather is nice, we might take a longer break, and if there is a lot to do, we stay until it’s finished. It’s a very human way of working. We know the people who pass by our windows every day, and they know us. There is a sense of community here that you don't find in the big commercial hubs. We don't spend our time on flashy presentations. Instead, we focus on the actual tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out, or the rain makes it hard to get anything delivered, but we just adapt. That is life here. We like the independence of being in Uttara. It allows us to do things our own way without anyone looking over our shoulders. We are just a small team trying to do good work in a place we call home.
