We spend our hours here dealing with whatever comes up. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have any fancy corporate policies or big meetings. Usually, we just talk to each other across the room to get things sorted out. There are always sounds from the street filtering in, like the horns of rickshaws or people shouting. It keeps us feeling connected to the city. We have a few cupboards for our files and a small area for guests to sit, though we don't get many strangers dropping in. Most of the people we deal with have known us for a long time. We just keep things moving at our own pace. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We are just here doing our bit in Kurls.
