You can find Aaay Corp Llp over in South Mumbai, specifically on the fourth floor of Podar House. It is on Sitaram Deora Marg, which used to be called A Road. It is one of those older parts of the city that has a lot of history. The office isn't anything like the new glass towers in the suburbs. It has high ceilings and that old-school Mumbai office feel. We have been operating from here for a while now. The space is filled with desks and a lot of paperwork because that is just the nature of what we do. It gets quite busy around here during the day, with people rushing back and forth to Churchgate or the nearby offices. We don't have a marketing team writing stuff for us, so this is just how it is. We deal with various corporate matters and keep our heads down. The view from the window is mostly other old buildings and the busy street below. It is a solid place to work. Sometimes the old elevators take a minute, but you get used to it. We like being in this part of town because everything is accessible. There is no corporate polish here, just a group of people getting through the daily workload. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we’d rather just focus on the actual business tasks at hand. It works for us.
