A Z Parekh

A Z Parekh is located on the second floor of building 272 on Masjid Street. We are right opposite the SBI Bank, so it’s fairly easy to locate once you’re on the street. This area is always packed with people and hand-carts moving goods around, especially in the mornings. Being on the second floor means we get a little break from the noise downstairs, but you can still hear the shouting and horns all day. Our office has been in this building for a long time. The stairs are a bit steep and narrow, which is a pain when we have to carry heavy folders or samples up. We mostly do our work at old wooden desks that have been here forever. It’s a traditional setup. We don't have fancy computers or a lounge area for guests. If you come by, we’ll probably just offer you a plastic chair and a glass of water. Most of our day is spent talking to traders or checking ledger entries. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We like the history of this neighborhood and how everyone knows each other. It’s a bit chaotic, especially when it rains and the street floods, but it’s our routine. We keep things honest and straightforward. There's no need for a lot of talk when you've been in the same spot for decades.
