We are located at A 201 in Silver Tower, which is part of the Thakur Complex in Kandivli East. It’s right near Cambridge School, so there are always kids and parents around during the day. Our office is where we do all our hiring work. People come in all day with their resumes, looking for a better job or just something to get started. We spend a lot of time interviewing folks and talking to companies that need staff. It’s a busy environment. Sometimes we have a line of people waiting in the hallway outside. We try to get through everyone, but some days it’s tough to keep up. We look at a lot of CVs and try to see who fits where. It’s not a perfect science. Sometimes a candidate looks great on paper but isn't right for the role, or vice versa. We just try to be honest with people about what’s actually available. The office has a lot of windows, so we get some good light while we’re working on the computers and the tea guy comes by twice a day. It’s a decent place to be. We aren’t a big corporate machine; we’re just a group of people trying to help other people find work. Most of our day is spent on the phone or sitting across a desk from someone. It’s a lot of talking and listening to people's stories. That's how we keep things running.
