A R S Engineering Industries

A R S Engineering Industries is located at 13/3 in the Mahalaxmi Industrial Estate, over in Gandhi Nagar. This is right in Lower Parel, which anyone in Mumbai knows is a very busy part of the city. We have our little unit here where we’ve been for quite some time now. The industrial estate is an old place, and you can feel the history of the city when you walk through the gates. It is a bit crowded, and sometimes the narrow lanes are a real challenge for the delivery trucks, but we always make it work. Inside 13/3, it is all about the machines and the metal. We spend the day doing various engineering jobs. It’s loud and busy, but that is the way we like it. We are not a fancy firm with big glass windows or a lobby. Our workspace is practical and a bit worn down, but it works perfectly for the engineering we do. Most of the staff here have been part of A R S Engineering Industries since they were young men starting out. We know each other well and we just get on with the day’s work without a lot of talking. Gandhi Nagar has changed so much with all the new malls and offices, but inside this industrial estate, things feel more traditional. We just keep our heads down, focus on the machines, and make sure we do what’s expected. It’s a simple life, but it’s what we know best.
