A N D Solutions

A N D Solutions is located in Santacruz, specifically in III Block along E S I Road at number 7. It is a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that energy. We have a small team here, and we all share a pretty compact space. It can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent sitting at computers or talking through various problems that need solving. The building on E S I Road is older, so it has some character, though the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come to the door, one of us will just look up from our desk to say hello. It is a very informal atmosphere. We like being in Santacruz because everything is nearby, even if the traffic is a nightmare during rush hour. Our office at number 7 is filled with cables, monitors, and the occasional coffee cup. It looks like a place where real work happens. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything. We just come in, see what needs to be done for the day, and get to it. It’s a simple way of running things, and it keeps us focused on the tasks instead of the corporate fluff you find elsewhere. We are just regular people working in a regular office space.
