If you know Mohd Ali Road, you know how crowded and hectic it gets every single day. We are right in the middle of all that at Room No 26 on Memonwada Road. It’s a tight space, but it’s been our home for a long time now. The building is old and the stairs can be a bit of a climb, especially when it's hot, but that’s just Mumbai for you. We deal with various goods as A G Enterprises. Most of the day is spent handling orders or talking to people who drop by for a chat or business. It’s noisy outside with all the street noise and vendors shouting, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the work. We don't have a lot of room for extra stuff, so everything is packed in pretty tight on the shelves. It’s a simple operation. We don’t use any fancy digital systems, just the basics to keep track of what’s coming in and what’s going out. Sometimes the electricity acts up in the afternoons, but we manage with what we have. Being in this part of town means you’re always near the action, which helps with getting things moved around quickly when we need to. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know us by name and we know theirs too. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. It’s just a small office where we handle our business every day from morning until late evening. It works for us and we just keep going.
