7Erra Tech Private Limited is based in Valencia Tower, which is at Grant Road. We are way up on the 9th floor in flat A-902. The tower is on Tukaram Javji Marg in the Chikalwadi area. Grant Road is a very old and busy part of Mumbai. There is always something going on down on the street level. Being on the 9th floor helps us stay away from some of the dust and noise, though you can still hear the city hum all day. Valencia Tower is a pretty tall building for this particular neighborhood. We have been here for a bit, and the space works for what we need. It's a typical apartment that we've adapted into our workspace. We have some desks, a few chairs, and a small area where we talk about our projects. It’s not a shiny tech hub or anything like that. Just a simple room where we spend most of our hours. The walk from the station isn't too bad, but it gets very crowded during peak times. Chikalwadi is a tight-knit spot and we like it. We know the security guards and some of the neighbors who live in the building. It feels more like being part of a real community than being in a sterile business district. We don't put on any acts here. We just come in, do our work, and head home in the evening. It's just a regular office for us.
