Our shop is located on Lamington Road, tucked right into Topiwala Lane. If you know the Grant Road area at all, you know it is always crowded with people looking for electronic parts and repairs. We have been here at number 41591 for quite a bit of time now. It is a small space, mostly filled up with various tools, spare parts, and old computers that need some fixing. We spend a lot of our time looking at small screens and opening up heavy metal cases. It gets a bit dusty with all the electronics sitting around, but we try to keep it as organized as we can. People bring in their machines when they stop working or if they get too slow to use. We don't do anything magical here, we just look for the specific problem and try to fix it. Lamington Road is a very loud and hectic place, but once you are inside the shop, it is mostly just the sound of cooling fans and clicking keyboards. We aren't a big corporate service center with uniforms. It is just us working on whatever happens to come across the front counter. Sometimes a repair takes an hour, and sometimes it takes all day if the part is hard to find. We just take every job as it comes. We have seen all kinds of old and new machines over the years and we just do our best to help people out. It's a living.
