4 Mech Engineers

The workshop is located over in Mulund West, specifically around the Chairman Veranna Layout on Jakkur Main Road. It’s an area where you see a lot of activity and we fit right in with our engineering work. There are four of us who really keep the place running, hence the name. We handle a lot of mechanical tasks and repair work that comes our way from local businesses. It’s not always clean work. Our hands are usually covered in grease or oil by the end of the day but that’s just how it goes in this line of work. We have some heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. Sometimes it gets a bit cramped when we have a big project going on. We don't have a receptionist or anyone like that, so if you call, one of us will just wipe our hands and pick up the phone. We’ve been at this location for a few years now. The neighborhood knows us as the guys who can fix things that others won't touch. We don't make big promises, we just look at the machine and tell you if it can be fixed or not. Jakkur Main Road can get pretty busy, especially in the mornings. We usually start early before the sun gets too high. It’s just honest work for us, day in and day out, making sure the parts fit.
