Our place is called 3I Infotech and you can find us at Susheela Sadan. It’s located in Samartha Nagar, right along Barrage Road in Kulgaon Badlapur West. If you know the Thane district at all, you know Badlapur has its own rhythm. We aren't in a big glass tower or anything like that. Susheela Sadan is more of a homey building, which suits us just fine. Most mornings start with the sound of the trains nearby and people heading off to work. We settle in and get started on our tasks. The office is straightforward with enough room for everyone to sit and do their bit. It gets a little humid here, especially being on this side of the hills, so the fans are always going. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or trying to look like a corporate headquarters. We just handle the work that comes through the door. Sometimes the Barrage Road gets a bit busy with local traffic, but inside it stays mostly calm. It is a decent neighborhood to be in. We’ve got some shops nearby for tea breaks, which is nice. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We are just a group of people working in Badlapur, making sure our day-to-day operations stay on track. If you walk past Samartha Nagar, you'll see our sign. It’s just a regular office doing regular things for 3I Infotech without any of that extra polish you see elsewhere.
