This office is tucked away in Tilak Nagar, Chembur, specifically in Wing A of Building 87 at Meghna CHS. If you know Mumbai, you know how these housing societies work. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the different wings and gates. We are in Flat 102, so it has that homey feel even though it is full of computers and cables running across the floor. People are always rushing past in the hallways, and you can hear the local trains not too far off. It is a tight space for 3I Infotech Ltd, but we make it work. We have had this spot for a bit, and it is where we handle a lot of the local operations and support. We don’t have any big signs or flashing lights outside. It is just a door with a small plate on it. Inside, it is mostly the sound of typing and people discussing project details over cups of strong coffee. The monsoon is always a challenge because the walls get a bit damp, but we keep the equipment covered and carry on. It is a very typical Mumbai workspace—functional, crowded, and always moving. We don't go for anything fancy or polished. Most of us live nearby or take the harbor line to get here. It is practical for us. When things get stressful, we just step out to the local stalls. It is a real place with real people.
