At 3A Ventures Private Limited, we are based in Borivali West. Our office is 501 in Building Number 7 C, Padma Nagar, which is part of Shimpoli Village. Shimpoli is an interesting area because it still feels a bit like an old village even though there are big buildings popping up everywhere. We are on the fifth floor, and the building is a fairly standard one for this part of the suburbs. Finding your way through the lanes of Padma Nagar can be a bit tricky the first time, but once you’re here, it’s a nice enough place to spend the day. We aren't some massive venture capital firm with a marble lobby. We just have a regular office with some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a lot of notebooks. Most of our time is spent looking over different projects and trying to stay organized. The area is relatively quiet compared to the main Borivali station area, which we appreciate. There are some local shops nearby where we get our snacks and afternoon tea. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have fancy titles or a corporate culture that feels forced. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and try to make sense of the daily tasks. It’s a practical office for a practical team in a quiet corner of Borivali.
