2M Assets Infotek Llp

Over at 2M Assets Infotek Llp, we operate out of room 502 in the Manigirish CHS. We are located in J.P Nagar in Goregaon East, which is a pretty decent area to be in. One of the best things about our spot is that we are right near the Udippi hotel. Most of us end up there for lunch at least three times a week because the sambar is good and it’s quick. Our office is on the fifth floor, so we get a bit of a breeze if we leave the windows open, though usually the Mumbai humidity makes us rely on the fans. The building is a typical cooperative housing society where some units have been turned into small offices. It’s not a shiny glass tower, just a regular residential-style building with a lift that sometimes takes its time. We deal with asset information and tech tasks, so there are always folders and hard drives lying around. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't have a dress code or anything like that. People just show up, do their hours, and head back out into the Goregaon traffic. It’s a simple setup that works for us. We like the fact that it feels like a neighborhood office rather than a cold corporate branch. It’s just us doing our thing in a familiar corner of the suburbs.
