We are located at Ador House on Kakushroo Dubash Marg, right in the Kala Ghoda part of Fort. 23 Yards India Private Limited occupies space on the ground floor and a few other levels like 4 and 5. This part of Mumbai is full of old charm and history, so the building has that classic feel to it. It’s not like those new glass towers you see in BKC. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of old architecture and modern computers. Working in Kala Ghoda means there are always people walking around, art galleries nearby, and plenty of places to grab a quick bite. Our office is busy most of the time. We have people coming in and out, and there’s always something that needs fixing or updating. The rooms are a bit high-ceilinged, which is nice, but it can get a bit echoey. We don’t have a formal dress code or anything like that. We just show up, do the work, and try to keep things organized. The location is the best part, even if the traffic around Fort is a headache most days. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s a practical workspace for us, nothing too flashy, just a place where the work happens. We keep the printers running and the servers humming along while we drink our chai.
