Eggistaan Poultry Private Limited is tucked away in Thakur Village over in Kandivali East. We have our office in Tower-B of Viceroy Park, specifically at 12/C. It is a residential kind of area, so it feels a lot quieter than the main parts of Mumbai, which we actually prefer for getting work done. Most of the day here is spent on the phone or looking at spreadsheets related to poultry and eggs. It is a straightforward business really. We deal with the supply side of things and make sure the eggs get where they are supposed to go. Living and working around Kandivali has its own pace, and we have grown quite used to the neighborhood over the years. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks, chairs, and the usual computers. Sometimes we have tea together in the afternoon and talk about how the market is moving. We don't really go for those big marketing meetings or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks at hand. People often ask about the name, and we just tell them it seemed right for a company that deals with eggs all day. It’s a practical setup for a practical business. We’ve been here at Viceroy Park for a while now and the routine suits us just fine. Every day is different depending on the stocks, but we keep things moving along steadily without much fuss.
