Leel Sarkar Krushi Vikas Farmer Producercompany Limited

We are located in Morena, over in the Bagchini area. Specifically, you can find us at Post Hadwanshiteh in Joura. We use Ashok S. Sharma’s place as our main point of contact. Our group is called Leel Sarkar Krushi Vikas Farmer Producercompany Limited. We are mostly just local farmers who decided to work together instead of trying to handle everything alone. It gets pretty hot here during the summer, but we still have to get out to the fields and see how the crops are doing. We don't have any fancy office furniture or air conditioning. It is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep our registers. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the market prices. Sometimes we have long meetings that don't really go anywhere, but that is how it is when you have a lot of people involved. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity. We just want to make sure our families are taken care of. Being a producer company means we have a lot of paperwork to deal with, which none of us really like doing. We would much rather be out in the dirt. We’ve lived in Morena all our lives and we know the land well. We just take things one day at a time and try to help each other out when things get tough.
