We are known as Alopi Aajivika Milk Producer Company Limited and we are set up at 101, Rajput Colony in Morena. You can find us right by the Kainal Bypass in Kealras. It’s a busy spot with trucks and bikes going by all the time. Most of us here have spent our lives around cattle and milk. We aren't some big corporate office with glass walls. We just have a simple place where we collect milk from the local farmers around Donga Rpur. Every morning starts early, usually before the sun is even up, because that is when the milk starts arriving. We spend our time checking the quality and making sure the cans are clean. It’s a lot of manual work and your hands usually smell like a dairy by the end of the day. Morena can get really hot, so we have to move fast before the milk spoils. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just try to make sure the people who own the cows get a fair shake. Sometimes the records get a bit messy or the power goes out, but we just keep going. It’s a local thing, run by people who live right here in the colony. We know our neighbors and we know the farmers. If you walk past our door, you’ll see us busy with the registers or moving crates around. That is just how life is here.
